The newest fibre space family member arrived today in this box:

You will notice that he was already leaping out of the box when he got here. Veronica skillfully put him together. So for those of you that have asked and asked again….meet Mr. Coatrack!

Isn’t he cute? He came from Urban Outfitters, because after searching for literally months for a vintage coat rack, I gave up and ordered one.

In other news, I have one completed sock. I used a basic toe up sock pattern (try this one) and then added the lace panel from Hedera to one side of the sock. I skipped the Ktbl on either side of the lace panel. I am pretty happy with it! If there is interest, I could write the pattern up a bit more….

I’d be interested in the pattern – also what yarn did you use?

I will start writing the pattern. The yarn is Socks that Rock medium weight, which is basically sportweight. I used US#1.5 needles. We don’t sell the yarn, of course, because no one does:) You can grab some at MSWF.
