Knitted Bridal or Baby Shower

At a knitted shower, each guest learns the basics of knitting, while creating an organic wash cloth or part of a blanket that will be seamed together to form a unique gift for the guest of honor.

Children’s Birthday Party

Host a unique party for your child and friends! Each child receives starter needles and yarn and will learn all of the basics for creating a scarf. Yarn and needles can be package up as the party favor! (Children 8 and older)

Charity inspired knits

Get together and give back with a charity inspired project. Create a prayer shawl or hats to keep a patient warm during treatment.

Events and workshops are one of the unique features of our shop. We present regular themed “yarn tastings” which allow each participant to try out several different fibres while enjoying a food and drink pairing. These tastings are educational, providing detailed information about the construction and fibre content of each yarn, as well as project ideas. Each participant can purchase the "tasted" yarn at a discount.
